Returns / Cancellations


Orders can be cancelled at any point prior to dispatch unless an item is being specifically made/upholstered (i.e. with a non-stock fabric or furniture that is custom made order). We may still be able to cancel a 'made to order item depending on what stage this is at.

Returns (Stock / Standard Products)

Stock/Standard products can be returned. But the customer has to pay the delivery charges for returning products and products must be packed in the original box in the same way they delivered. Any stock returns must be confirmed with Relax Office Furniture beforehand. Returns must be arranged within 7 days from delivery.

Returns (Made to Order Products)

Products that are custom-made (i.e. from non-stocked fabrics or made-to-order furniture) are non-returnable. We may however collect these products at our discretion with a return and a restocking fee will be charged. Faults/Warranty We will rectify any products received faultily/damaged or products that develop a fault (whilst under warranty) in the fastest time possible. We will supply replacement parts where possible and where reasonable for the customer. To replace these parts before collecting and replacing a completed product.
