Office Chairs & Furniture Delivery Lead Times
Relax Office Furniture Delivery lead times vary between product ranges. Please see delivery details on the product pages you need. Standard delivery is free unless otherwise stated. We aim to deliver all orders in the shortest time possible. We also offer a faster delivery (additional charge required) on many products as well as a full installation option. Delivery is made Monday-Friday (excluding Bank holidays) from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm. On custom-made orders, delivery is usually around 5-7 working days. All Office Chairs and Office Furniture (excluding Pigeon-Hole Units and Similar Storage where specified) are delivered flat packed and require simple self-assembly. Assembly instructions are also included. Delivery is curbside but is usually taken to goods in or reception and will not be taken upstairs unless delivery and installation have been arranged at an additional charge.
Pigeon-Hole Units & Similar Storage Lead Times
All Pigeon-Hole Units and similar storage deliver fully built (where stated on each product page). Relax Office Furniture normally made the delivery within 7-14 working days. (Please note that there is an extended lead time on these units between July and September due to an influx of school purchasing. During this time, the estimated delivery is to be 3-4 weeks). As these items are custom-made orders, occasionally lead times might get extended. Delivery is Monday-Friday (excluding Bank holidays) from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm. There is an additional charge for delivery to more northern parts of Scotland. For these items (i.e. north of Glasgow), Please contact us for details and prices. Free delivery is for the UK mainland only and may exclude Highlands and Islands. Please contact us for prices for these areas. The shopping cart will be complete using the standard delivery charges for these areas, but you may incur an additional charge before the delivery of furniture. If located in the Highlands or Islands. If additional charges are applicable. We will contact you to discuss and confirm payment before proceeding.
Cancelling of Orders can happen at any point before dispatch. Unless an item is being made/upholstered (i.e. with a non-stock fabric). Orders that get refused delivery or returned due to the customer 'changing their mind' will be charged 15% of the total order amount. The customer will have to pay the collection/delivery charge for returning products. You must have to confirm any returns with Relax Office Furniture beforehand. You have to arrange returns within 7 days from delivery. Products that are custom-made to order (i.e. from non-stocked fabrics) are non-returnable. We will rectify any items received faulty/damaged or items that develop a fault (whilst under warranty) in the fastest time possible. We will supply replacement parts. Where possible and reasonable for the customer to replace these parts before collecting and replacing a complete chair or furniture item. Notify the discrepancies/damages within 24 hours of receipt.
